Our welding repair process:
- Cleaning - Our comprehensive process assures all contaminating deposits are removed prior to welding.
- Pressure Testing - we thoroughly pressure test to insure all cracks are repaired.
- Line Boring - The camshaft bearing bores are re bored to precision with our state of the art equipment.
- Jet Washing - The aluminum head must be cleaned after the welding and grinding process.
- Vacuum testing - we do a thorough vacuum testing to assure proper sealing of all valves and the correct cylinder compression.
